S'mores (obviously) and other stuff you can roast by a fire. Hot dogs are a good choice. Serve cold drinks, for some reason pink lemonade sounds good. Have a good party!

We always have hot dogs and smores.  When it is really cold out we will take out a big cast iron pot of stew or chili and set it by the fire to keep warm and just serve the stew/chili in coffee cups.

S'mores should be labeled as REQUIRED for bonfires xD

BBQ and a huge variety of drinks is a plus. Also make sure the spot you have a bonfire at gives you a clear view of the open sky so you can gaze upon the stars. It'll be an awesome moment to remember.
