What to include in resume?

Question

i want to write my first resume, i haven't really worked anywhere before except i worked at a bingo place for a while so i will include that. what else should i include and how should i set it out?

If you've had any volunteer work experience, internships, special certifications, education, special skills (i.e. computer savy).  You should also include 1 to 3 duties that you were responsible for at your job.  

At the end, always include a reference section.
