What to look for if an authentic baseball jersey is fake?

I have a local guy selling authentic for pretty cheap like $45 on craigslist, when they cost over $100 in stores. If I were to see these up close what would I look for to tell if they were really fake?

Fake/Replica Baseball Jerseys:

No MLB Patch on the rear neckline.

Material is flimsy and very light.

Number and letters are iron-ons, not sewn on double layer patches, but some replica jerseys found in Foot Locker or Champs stores have sewn on single layer patches.

Manufacturer (Majestic or Russell Athletics) tag does not specify the word "Authentic".

Everything thing that the MLB Players wear has the MLB logo on it, so anything that doesn't have the logo on it is not official.
