What to lure to use when fishing the indain river inlet

im going fishing at the indain river inlet if and the main thing you catch there is strippers and blues any body know of any good baits besides buck tails and im fishing from a jettie

For blues the best thing to use is cut bait.It needs to be heavy enuff to reach the bottom. And then float down stream. Chad or Suckers work great. For stripers you can use live minnows or variety of lures like rapala jointed in a sie 7 to 9. Shad Rap,Countdown will work good.

recently i used a 3-5 foot dive firetiger pattern lure and i caught many nice stripers
