What to order at iHOP if im on a diet?

  1. everything in moderation

    have a regular egg & one piece of toast  (no butter)

    ask for coffee with (splenda)  if you need a sweetness

    or

    toast & jelly is good

  11. I would ask for whole grain pancakes with a side of fruit salad.  A stack of three will keep you satisfied for most of the day.  Also, drink water and not the sugary fruit drinks or soda.

    If its lunch or dinner I dunno... do they have grilled chicken salad??

  13. I just order a side of toast and two eggs anyway you like them. I find if you go with people and you don't eat they nag you (they're rude in that way) but I know I don't get nagged if I have what I just told you and plus I feel good after (not stuffed not laden down with grease, you know what I mean)

  14. Stuffed French Toast.  Its a small piece of French toast folded and stuffed with cream cheese. Dont use to much syrup and maybe some Orange Juice. Its not that bad ;)

    Small side salad with lemon for your dressing.

    Then eat only half of it and take the other half home for later.  That way you get two good meals out of it **and** avoid eating too much at one sitting.

    If anyone you're with asks what you're doing, just say that you're not as hungry as you thought you were.

  17. Love iHOP! That is a tough place to go when you are on a diet. Stick with some sort of grilled chicked/turkey or fish and some veggies or something like that, they do have some good salads and stuff like that. They may even have some items on their menu that are lighter.

    When I am on a diet and my kiddos want IHOP, I order a veggie omelet. They put onions,peppers,mushrooms..and skip the cheese. With lemon water. It is surprisingly very good. They will give you a side of whole grain toast. Use jelly or jam instead of butter.

    dont order somthin that sounds like its a sugar explostion like double chocolate pancakes with triple chocolate chip. not a good idea. and when you get a pancake dont put syrup on it cause most of the sugar in a pancake is from the syrup.
