Ei guys, I really don't have an idea on what to order in a fine dining resto. I am confused since I am just an ordinary citizen and my family is not that rich to go for that kind of resto. Thanks.

  1. Ask the waiter for their best but affordable food.

  2. You could ask the waiter to recommend something. They know what the most popular dishes are, and those are probably good!

  3. Well of coarse a peanut and butter sandwich!! Kidding!!! My family isn't rich either and if we go out to a fancy restaurant I get something I like and what I know I'll eat and could care less what people think!!

  4. Ask one of your family members what should you have or look at the menu.

  5. I agree that it really depends on your own preference. If you still feel lost, the safest is to ask the wait staff what dishes are fast-moving or popular then go from there. But it's more fun to explore (if budget permits).

  6. a piece of steak and a glass of wine, very simple and practical

  7. There is always steak or pork tenderloin on the menu at most fine restaurants..Go for that. You will have only like 10 things to choose from. They usually only have a menu with one page. So you wont have a lot of choices.

  8. A glass of red wine & A pound of Steak.

  9. well u might want to consider 3 meals and a glass of wine and some water:) not too much wine cause you'lll look rediculous if u get drunk,.

  10. salad!

  11. The beauty about fine dining is that their waiters are very accomodating and will help you with anything.

They usually have their specialties. So go ahead and ask the waiter what they recommend.

As for appetizers, you can go with salad.  It's a safe choice.

Wine is always good - I recommend Spanish white wine.

  12. A glass of wine,A pound of ANGUS STEAK & Fruit salad.

  13. There's no right answer to this question. Your best bet is to find something on the menu that you know you like in general - say, chicken - and try it out. Of course you can branch out and try the veal if you're feeling adventurous, but don't feel pressured into doing that since it's your first time.

In fact, don't feel pressured into anything. It's a fine dining restaurant, and their service, food, and success thrives on your happiness there. If your food is not cooked right, or they got an order wrong, tell them. They will want to know, and most likely will be very good about it.

If you don't know what something is, just politely ask.

As for desserts, if you plan on getting one, I'd say get creme brulee if they have it. I find the quality of a restaurant can be tasted in their creme brulee. :)

Have fun, that's the whole point of dining out.
