Going to France next week. And still haven't packed the luggage. I'd give you 10 easy points for the most detailed list of things that I should bring at this time of the year to France. I would really appreciate it.

  1. No one gives a whit about ten points.

I suppose you have never traveled much as Indiana Jones actually had some good points in there. Some that most forget about or never think about but actually mark one out as a world traveler. A person always forgets some basic stupid thing..... and try to get whatever it is in France.

  2. Short sleeved shirts

    Capris(short pants, long shorts)

    Sunglasses

    LOTS of money

  3. you need to bring a camera

    clothes

an extra carry on for all those souveneirs

don't bring anything electrical because they use a different system then we do. if you plug American things in, you'll just get shocked.

  4. In different one gallon zip lock bags, individually roll the kids

    T-shirts, shorts and underwear.

    Squeeze the air out.

Place the bags in their suitcase.

If you do this, then dirty clothes never touch clean clothes. Come laundry time, you won’t have to sort laundry and you’ll probably have less to wash

Here are a few ideas on how to pack for a 7-day vacation to California in July.

Each person should only pack what they need. Most children over the age of 4 should be able to easily carry or pull on rollers, their personal stuff from the car to the hotel room, cabin or tent in 1 trip from the car. If you can’t, then you’ve packed too much!

1.Each person (kids over 4 included) gets their own toiletry bag. Don’t make mom responsible for everyone.

2.Pack enough summer clothes for 3 days plus a pair of long pants and nice shirt. 3.While at the pool, do the laundry

4.Toiletries - pack a tooth brush, tooth paste, comb or hair brush, soap etc for each person. Blow dryers etc... maybe.

5.Pajamas: No girlie or tacky sleepwear - bring something that can substitute for a pair of shorts or a shirt just in case of a clothing disaster.

6.Bring 2-pairs of shoes: walking shoes and sandals

7.Bring a Windbreaker of some sort.

8.Sweatshirts or Polar fleece jackets – If you are going to buy souvenirs, buy a sweatshirt or jacket. It’s a useful souvenir and the memory will last until it’s worn out or out grown.

9.Pack the swimsuits and towels separately. You’ll probably want to use them as soon as you get to the destination.

  5. Toothbrush

    Mobile phone

    Condoms

    Sun cream

  6. i've been there 2 times both times in july so i know all about what to bring.

    - converter plug for any electonic stuff like phone charger or curling iron. you can find them at walmart and it will tell you what countries its good for.

-by the way you can bring a bathingsuit and towel. but alot of hotels do not have pools over there. and if you are going to be site seeing every day you will be too tired to swim any ways. but if you plan on having a day to relax at the hotel then you may want to bring it in case there is a pool.

    i think that covers it.

sure i can come up with a couple more things!

-some activity for the plane ride. like music, playing cards, a good book.

-gosh i almost forgot! passport, passport, passport, and be sure to make a copy of the info about you page on your pass port and stick it in your checked luggage just incase.

-oh, imodium and ibprofen you may need them.

-patience and the ability to laugh at yourself cuz sometimes you have to wait a very long time like at the eiffel tower. i waited for 2 hours to get in!

and you may feel dumb sometimes cuz you don't under stan the people but so laugh at yourself its the only way to get thru the embarresment.

-and just be prepared to walk alot and sweat your but off. then go back to the hotel at the end of the day and just relax the muscles and SORE feet.

    any way HAVE  FUN!!!
