What to pack for one week in cali this summer?

im going to the beach.. maybe knotsburry farms. stuff like that. only for 1 week though. i always tend to overpack. help me make sure i have just enough please!my suitcase is gettingg pretty stuffed really fast because i have stuff like my towel. well thanks a bunchhh!

You can probably skip taking the towel if you are staying in a hotel or motel!

Here's what I would take but I sometimes wear the same thing more than one day if it's not dirty or wash  things in the sink in my room and hang it to dry overnight in the bathroom.

8 days of underwear (one extra pair!)

2 or 3 pairs of shoes  + plus wear one pair of slip ons. flipflops,etc

5 pairs of shorts

2 pairs of jeans or slacks

7 tops (T-shirts, shirts & tank tops)

1 dress or skirt (if you like to wear skirts!)

? pairs of socks to last a week (if you wear socks)

1 light jacket for evenings

1 or 2 swimsuits

beach cover up

hat

sunglasses

toiletries

That would be it for me!
