What to pick with Sky TV?

I'm getting sky tv (in England) but I'm confused about which programmes to pick? I want it to have Horse & Country TV and Nickelodeon, do I have to pick a specific "mix"? Cause I don't understand the website. Also does anyone know how much extra Sky Movies is a month?

You have to pick mixes i would go for kids nd varity if i were you nd movies is cool 2 i think you have to have either sports r movies.
