What to price items for a garage sale?

Anyone a master garage sale organizer? I have a sectional(no stains) about 10yrs old, a tony little gazelle workout machine(rarely used) and a kids train table-good cond. (orig. abo$90) what would u price these? thanks for all the help out there!

I would price items about 1/2 to 2/3s less the price or so and then mark on the sign or best offer.  Then if it doesn't sell reduce the price by 10 bucks or so.  Everyone is looking for stuff that is dirt cheep when it comes to garage sales.  Its things that you are trying to get rid of not making money off of.  Most people are going to try to barter with you.  So you can try to make it slightly high but also have a price in mind that you will not go below.  Good luck :)
