What to put in a 2nd year Teacher Care Package?

My younger sister is going to be a second year middle school choir teacher down in NC. I would like to give her a care package but I'm not sure what to put in it. She's very concerned about her weight so chocolates and goodies like that are out. I would really like to give her something fun but also something useful too.

I'd appreciate your help!

Put it in a tote bag.  Believe me, a tote bag is always useful for teachers.

Address labels with musical notes on them.

Key chain with flashlight and musical note.

Squirt gun.

Get some of those little rubber finger puppets to put on the top of her baton.

Gift certificate for a manicure or a massage.

Rubber mat for easy standing.

Water flavor enhancers - you can get them with fake sugar other than nutra sweet. (A lot of people are allergic to nutrasweet.)

27 plastic kazoos in various colors.

You can also get some pretty cool teaching games for just about any subject - check the local school supply and also I found all kinds of them on e-bay.

Airborne tablets or EmergenC's: Great way to stay healthy

A cute lunch bag. I bought cute little plastic lined bags with handles to hold my lunches. Always a topic of conversation.

Luna Bars or other quick health bars for when you forget your lunch.

Breath Mints - I always use them for emergencies

Advil - oh my gosh I go through like 100 pills in 1 school year.
