What to put in a CV/Covering letter when applying for a job at an aquarium?

I am trying to write a CV and a covering letter to an aquarium, but i have nothing related to aquariums to put in, so any help on things or information i could put in?

Have you ever had your own aquarium?

Have you taken care of pets/animals?

Do you have customer service experience?

These things all carry over.
