  1. Have her make her own lunches with you supervising.  Give her several choices to make her sandwich with. Let her choose a drink as long as it's not soda.  No junk food.  This will make a special time between you and your daughter and she will enjoy the lunch because she made it.

  2. Fruit drinks in a Box, Canned fruit or a banana If she likes it. Her favorite sand-which and chips, and a Go-Gurt tube.. or something. I guess anything you would fix her for lunch at home.

You know what she likes, not us people on yahoo answers.

  3. Let her be involved with the choice. If she likes fruit, then let her choose to types of fruit, choose a groovy coloured container and let her help with cutting the fruit up.....??....

Let her come to the supermarket with you to choose snacks like muesli bars, yoghurt's, fruit cups, dried fruit..... ??

I think if she feels like she is making the choices she will become less fussy as well.... Little girls always like to be independent !!!

  4. IDK BUT MAKE SURE TO PUT SOME CANDY ; )

  5. Sandwiches, Sausage rolls, crisps, fruit, pop etc xxxxx

  6. PB&J

    n An Apple or Crackers

  7. Sandwich, a yoghurt (petit filous) and some fruit.

If she's hungry, she'll eat it

  8. Roasted Beef , Onions and Frogs.

  9. Check with the school some of them have rules about what lunch boxes are NOT allowed to have in them. They generally won't let you put in any thing with chocolate on it and some of them will only allow water, not juices or cans.

You say she is a fussy eater? So you know what she will and won't eat. Try to give her sandwich or roll with things in she will eat, ham, dairylee, jam, natella, peanut butter, paste / spread. A bag of crisps or savoury snacks like quavers, skips (what ever she likes) or mini cheddars, twiglets. Put in some fruit, if you give her things like satsuma make sure she can peel it, if not peel it before you put it in and pop it in a bag. The so called dinner ladys will not peel fruit or open packets. If you put in an apple you could slice it first, remove the skin if she won't eat the skin part. Small boxes of raisins, carrot sticks. A fromage frais pot. And a drink.

  10. put in things she likes , as long as it isn't sweets and chocolate because they intercept lunchboxes and it will be taken away from her.

In a typical days lunchbox my son who is also 5 has bread and butter, a frube or yoghurt, a small box of raisins ans a banana, sometimes he has a packet of iced gems, a small sausage roll, or packet of crisps

  11. my little brother is the same and my when my mum cuts his food into animal shapes and stuff then he will eat it ,even if its something that he dosent like and she also says to him ,if u eat your sandwich then you can have a piece of choclate after school and she gets his teachers to check that he eats it

  12. The easiest thing to do is just vary it everyday because one thing i hate is when my mum just gave me the same thing every single day... I'm 13 so i'm not sure how much a yr 1 kid would eat, but wt I have normally is a sandwich/burger, an apple/plum/pear as a breaktime snack, a carton of orange juice and maybe a chocolate bar or crisps but not very often. You might also want to put in like carrot sticks or something if u want it to be healthier.

    Hope that helps     =]

  13. give her the things that should be light so that she will not feel drousy in classes. anything you give just remember that fruits and any liquid help a lot.

  14. Go for more interesting foods, don't always stick to the boring sandwiches, crisps, fruit. Mix a round a bit. A good thing to do is a tomato pasta with mayo, ketchup and tomato pesto. It's quite filling and a bit more exciting than your usual food. Try dried fruit or raw vegetables. Another thing that's always brilliant is homemade scotch eggs, if she doesn't like egg white then peel it off and just have the yolk. Home made cakes are a good thing to do, and maybe turn one Sunday into a cooking night where she makes her own cakes for next week or flapjacks. Another good thing is crackolets where you use 2oz of butter, sugar and golden syrup and melt them, then add cocoa (around 2tbs) once this is done add 2oz of cornflakes then put them in cake cases and put them in the fridge. She's more likely to eat something she helped to make.

Hope this was a least a bit of help :)

  15. sandwiches or sausage rolls ,

    crisps

    a drink

    biscuitsor a cake

    piece of fruit

you can also buy them lunchables - cheese , crackers , meat and drink but work oput pricey if every day

  16. Sandwich (meat or jam)

    Juice

    Yogurt w/ Spoon

    Crackers (Such as Ritz)

    Apple/Orange/Strawberries

It's healthier than most kids have these days. How's that?

  17. - A sandwich to her liking that day

    - Juice box

    - Some kind of fruit, at least a small Ziploc bag's worth.

    - Some kind of treat like crackers or fruit snacks

On Fridays, you should shake it up and make something extra, or her favorite lunchtime meal. She'll have something to look forward to all week.
