  1. trade it in for a faster car

  2. drop a 350 small block into it or get a real car that has a 350 in it stock.

  3. chevy s/b 350 4 bolt main,or a 400 s/b.

  4. Do a B20 block / B18 Head swap.

With a good combination of tuning and parts you can end up with a ~ 250whp car. Enough for mid to low 12's.  For me that is sufficient for most of today cars.

  5. Trade it in on a V8 Mustang or Camaro. A 7-second Civic is still a S****y little Civic. End of story.

  6. Super charge what it came with.  Add nitrous oxide as well.  Then you will have a ton of horse power, and you need not change the computer or worry about smog laws.

  7. If your still single, go DUal overhead cam, Cool air intake, K&N air filter, exhaust.
