What to put in tank with green wolf eel?

i have a 55 gal. salt water tank. right now the only fish in there is a green wolf eel (bayou) i was wondering what would be some good fish to put in there ( i know they have to be on the non small side or he will eat them)

you may be hard pushed to find a fish large enough to not fit in your eels mouth when it's adult, but small enough to fit into a 55 gallon. Larger fish such as some of the larger surgeonfish and angels, really need a much larger tank. A bit of a catch 22!
