What to put on a hot dog to make it better?

If I get time I like to roll out flaky pastry, smear with relish or barbeque mustard sauce.

Place uncooked hotdogs on pastry, roll up, then glaze with egg and sesame seeds sprinkled on top.

Then bake like sausage rolls (long ones).

They are gorgeous.

i dont put anything on my hot dog.

but if i boiled it i like to put in a pinch of salt...but i prefer to fry mine because its like grilling it.

but for toppings...put what you want on it.

Oh wow, what fun tonight! I can smell them boiling already, so here's some of my favorite toppings:

Finely Diced Red Onions, Cheddar Cheese and Spicy Chili

Ketschup, Stadium Mustard and Caramelized Vidalia Onions

Relish, Ketschup, Yellow Cheese and Scallions

Pickle Wedge, Horseradish Mustard, sauteed Onions and diced tomatoes

Thick Peppered Bacon Strips, Pepper Jack Cheese, diced red onions and Chili

Sauteed Peppers and Onions, Sharp White Cheddar Cheese and diced tomatoes

Now, these are just some of my favorite combinations, but I also love Banana Peppers, Shredded Romaine, butter chips, Horseradish Sauce, Beef Gravy, Spicy Stoned Ground English Mustard (that alone would be awesome)  BBQ Sauce and bacon. I like them with a little mayo, drop of mustard, and ketchup drizzled over the top. I also like my dog grilled, with a buttered and toasted bun.

Chili is always good with cheese and sour cream........

I am so hungary right now. I can't eat for medical reasons.....Bad place to come right.
