Indicate attendance. Say nothing about completion. Do not lie./

Instead of saying "graduated" from some high school, say "attended."  Do yourself a big favor, though.  Work on getting your GED.  You will be happier in the long run.

I would be honest. If you dropped out, regret it, and have changed your attitude, then say so and show some evidence of it.

If you're still like that and haven't done a hand's tap since, you don't deserve to get a job anyway. Employers aren't stupid - you can make it "sound legit" all you like, they'll know.
