What to say in a thank you card?

I want to give a teacher a thank you card for being such a great teacher this year. My card is really short and I need help thinking of something to say. All i can think of is thanks for being such a great teacher.

Remind them of a fond memory you have.  Teachers actually do keep the cards and read them.

How about...

"You have made an impact in my life, and I want you to know how much having you as a teacher has meant to me this year."

All I can think of is thanks for beening a great teacher to me this year and ill miss u and hope to c u in the future when I'm older and can drive.......well I'm 14....and that's what ill say...and thanks so much love.........wher the dots are is wher u but ur name in ok?
