What to study help?

I would like to study human behavour ,counciling ,phychology ,what level of education do I need to do this.

You need at LEAST a masters.  I was a psych major in undergrad, and i now work in hospital administration.  Hardly any of my classmates actually work in the psychology field.  With a masters, you can get a social work degree, a lot of social workers actually are trained in counseling and providing therapy.  If you want to to something in the field, you're going to have to go all the way, go for the PhD.
