that should just about do it.

  2. good socks(really good extra money is worth it)

    long pajamas

    layers

    layers

    layers

at least three on your legs and on your torso

    try long pj's

    a sweater

    and a good coat

then on your legs do long pj's

    sweatpants or running pants

    waterproof snowpants

    so have fun

  3. a ski suit and a ski jacket...shop around you will get them at a good price..especially in the January sales

  4. Dress in layers. I usually wear 3 things under my ski parka (depending on the temperature):

    1. Long john top. It must NOT be made from cotton...ideally a sweat wicking material. Any outdoor shop will sell them. Don't go to a standard store, they won't carry the appropriate stuff for cold weather skiing.

    2. A turtleneck or other long sleeve top.

    3. A fleece jacket, and sometimes a vest also if it is cold.

    ================

Make sure you wear quality socks (not too thick or else they cut off circulation to your feet).

Head gear is very important to warmth. Bring a neck gator and face mask, or a balaclava. And a helmet or quality hat.

For hands, I found it best to wear a thinner pair of fleece gloves, and mittens over top that.

If you are worried about staying warm...you will need to buy or borrow this stuff...else be cold...and that's not fun!!

  5. a polar ski jacket

    jane

  6. some thermal socks , shorts and top a ski jacket ,sallopets some thick gloves either some ski goggles or sunglasses made for skiing either a woolly hat or hire a helmet (get helmet prefferably its more fun) theres a ski sale at matalan if you have one where you live

  7. my bag (and apparel) consists of this

    -beanie (hat)

    -goggles

    -water proof gloves

    - long sleeve shirt

    - PJ pants- i usually where one under layer. works great

    -ski boots

    -ski pants

    -winter jacket

    -vasaline

    -sweatshirt (additional layers)

    - skis/poles

I think thats it. Most people want ski socks, but I tend to forget to buy them and end up wearing ankle socks. It suits me fine. Some people also want neck warmers, but I dont use one. However I highly recommend having goggles. I would never leave without them.
