Question

She saved herself for husband till 36 bec of cultural upbringing. S** was lousy. She did not feel much. He turned out to be jerk, cheated on wife. She divorces him.

Now, she feels once f***ed, she needs it, though doesnot regret divorce. She can not control her urges. Acnes for f***. Feels confused what to do.

I say, All f*** all the time since teen years. She started late at 36.

What to think and do?

This one is a little hard to understand, but this is what I gather...she's torn between her sexual urges and being with someone outside her own culture and her cultural upbringing.  Needless to say, it's really not up to you...she's going to have to make a choice to either go with her urges and say to heck with her culture, or stick to her raising and wait.  Pretty plainly cut.  

Until she's ready to make that decision, all you can do is wait.  Sorry, but that's how it's going to play out.  Don't force her, or try to talk her, into doing something she's not ready to do, or she'll wind up resenting you in the long run.  (Forced is such a hard word, but can't think of a better way to put it.)
