What to u guys do when when u want to sleep but these unpleasant thoughts keep running in ur head.. ?

  1. try not eating too much before you go to sleep, then while your in bed try thinking of your perfect place you wanna be, mine is a tropical island, where the sands are while, the waters are white and palm trees all over, just imagine that scene or any scene you like, imagine that you are there...it takes your mind off everything and gets you into sleep and having happy dreams..

  2. Well, i dunno what these unpleasant thoughts are but my answer would be very simple, and weird. Well this is what i do. To get to sleep i usually think about me in a different reality, like with a different life. Anyways the best the thing to do would be to write it all down in a diary. Hope ive helped. Good luck

  5. If this keeps happening then try reading a book or watching tv in bed before falling asleep. With my job i find that i'm lying awake thinking of loads of things i need to do, deadlines i haven't met etc and then when i do eventually fall asleep i dream of them!

    So i found that by having that "away" time for your brain, getting involved in someone else's fictional life on tv or in a book, that when i slept i wasn't thinking or dreaming about the unpleasant things anymore!

  6. before you go to sleep concentrate on things that make you happy i know that sounds kind of corny but i used to do it when i was little just list them in your head and that worked for me
