  1. i'd tile it .......

  2. A concrete overlay in a slate texture or shot in an attractive non-skid dot pattern would be an excellent choice. Both would be non-slip and very attractive. Please look up decorative concrete contractors for your area. Or if you are feeling adventurous you can do it yourself. Please do plenty of research on products and techniques. concretenetwork is a great information source.

  3. There is abraive coated tile, like used in restuarant kitchen that is great for exterior use.  Available at most tile outlet stores.

  4. go to lowes and buy concrete  paint   or stain..

they have some  great colors ,,

make sure  you power wash it .  before you paint it

  5. They make paint for garage floors that have all kinds of designs.  Look at your local home improvment store for these. Most of them have a sand base to prevent the finish from being slippery.

  6. I would use Behr concrete stain from Homedepot.  It will last and looks good.  It cost about $25.00 gallon but it is great.
