  1. Water with a small amount of bleach and a scrub brush that is used soley for the bird bath.  Then make sure that you rinse it out extremely well, before you refill it.  This is the method I use for my birds.

  2. Doesnt your bird bath just have water in it. I just refill mine with water.

  3. bleach water,.

  5. go and ask at your local pet shop.

  6. I agree with the person that said a little bleach in water. Because, Birds can catch all kinds of diseases, if their cages are not kept clean. The cages should be cleaned out a little each day, even if it's just washing their water and food dish out. and taking out excess feathers, especially, if they're molting. Just put about 1/4 a cup of bleach in a gallon of water and take everything out. We put things in the bath tup to soak, while we're cleaning the cages and our birds will sit right on top of their perches and watch us. Good luck!

  7. alcohol and salt. it works for my bong

  8. I'd think just empty it and use a natural product like baking soda sprinkled on like cleanser and a sponge.  You don't want to harm the little birdies by using anything that might leave a chemical residue.

It probably shouldn't have to be done very often.  Just refilling the bath regularly should keep it clean.

  9. Water and pet friendly detergent.  You should only have to clean it when it gets full of debris and/or algae.  Your good judgement should be sufficient to tell you how often.
