What to use online to learn Chinese?

I'm a Chinese American but my Chinese sucks. I mean completely SUCKS. I need a website that can teach me and show me vocabulary too. My main language is English. What about those learning Chinese television programs that you can also watch with internet video? They're broadcast on CCTV and it's with this chinese woman and white man. It was sorta interesting to watch. Well anyways, thanks for your help!!
