Whats the best way to keep smelly, sweaty sports clothes and bras clean and fresh smelling? What products can I get in England? Sports bras are about 35 pounds so I don't want to have to throw them away soon.

  1. when you wash them, add about a cup of ammonia to the wash cycle. this will get out most stubborn odors and it also helps the soap wash better. best of all, ammonia is cheap!

DO NOT USE BLEACH with the ammonia.

  2. next doors washing machine

  3. Oh loads of different   washing detergents at local supermarket    ..   Read wash instructions on garment labels,,   Use a  detergent  bio or non  is up to you.   Also use a softener if you want  to give that fresh smell   ..   Can use a gentle wash on machine to minimise wear  and tear whilst washing

  4. Biotex - an enzyme pre-wash - is good.  Always wash sportswear as soon as possible after wearing it. You could try rubbing liquid detergent into the really sweaty parts, such as underarms, then soak in Biotex and warm water for an hour or so. Wash according to the garments' care instructions label (this usually means 40C). Don't use chlorine bleach and always try to dry naturally.  Friends have also recommended Bold Liquid 2 in 1; they say it's very effective and smells great.
