What to wear and where to buy it 4rm?

okay, so i have to dress up formally for school twice a month. i'm 13 and i don't wear dresses unless they have sleeves and they cover my legs, and i don't wear skirts. i don't know what i should wear when i dress up. can somebody help me create some outfits that are cute and formal and appropriate 4 my age(and tell me where to buy them 4rm lyke what store)? thx in advance:]

idk maybe weteal. wetseal has alot of kinda party'ish shirts that you can wear to formal stuff. and if you get size small or XS Small then it will fit.
