What to wear for my first day?

of highschool

ill be a sophomore, i have a few outfits in mind but not for the first day.

i want something eyecatching but not neon-orange-bright.

I am going to san francisco tomorrow for some last minute shopping.

school starts wednesday! =]

ill probably be going to these stores:

urban outfitters

abercrombie

H&M

ruehl

french connection.

so what should I wear -pick something from those stores pleasee

and i live in california so it should be hot on the first day so ill be wearing shorts.

pick up some skinny jeans for sure. and also plain shirts especially ones like the american apparel v-neck ones are really cool. get shirts from a/f, hollister,urban, etc. I also recommend buying flip flops but I'm sure you have those. try to buy less things from a/f and hollister cause it says the brand everywhere (not that there's anything wrong) and try to stay more towards urban. they're more fashion forward than a/f etc who sell kinda the same things season after season (only a bit). have fun shopping!

abercrombie is always a good choice. I wore abercrombie for the first day of school today (college). My buds which I didn't see over the summer said I looked different in a good way (I didn't really wear abercrombie last semster)
