What to wear for paintball?

i'm a girl and i'm gonna paintball in an open field with mostly hay.

it's gonna be sorta hot that day,

i'm planning to wear a big white t-shirt and jeans and maybe a baseball cap.

is that a good idea? or should i wear something else, cuz i dont wanna look stupid and because i heard it might hurt.

I am a girl too and i go paintballing alot. I usually wear a jumpsuit (the dickies brand) and underneath i'll wear a thin shirt or tanktop and shorts... so in between rounds i can unzip the jump suit to cool off. you can wear just a t-shirt but you have to know that you will feel that paintball hit your skin. It doesn't hurt too bad unless its a close range shot.

And you won't look stupid, you're just protecting yourself.

maybe not a white t-shirt, because that is pretty easy to spot.  Go for something a little darker.  Good luck.

If you want buy a paintball jersey and put a tanktop on under it. The jeresys are very light. Dont were white it shows up to much. Jeans are good. They do hurt but only for a lil while.
