What to wear over a wetsuit?

Hi all,

When I wear a wetsuit, it looks like it is bodypainted on me. I don't like that, so I will be wearing something over it, like perhaps shorts and a T-shirt. Any suggestions?

Don't be so self-concious.  Everyone looks like that while wearing a wetsuit.  No one is judging you out there.  It's all about ridin' waves man.  It is supposed to be tight, as that is the function of a wetsuit.  It traps water in close to your body and uses your body heat to warm up that water to, in turn, keep you warm.

How about a groovy J. Garcia Hawaiian Print shirt with some swim trunks?  That would be stylish.  It's really all about style.  Function is out this season.

i would wear a gorilla costume or a clown suit if i was gonna wear anything at all.

I hate to sound so petty, but I have to on this one...

It's a WETSUIT...it's supposed to look painted on.  You're not supposed to wear anything over a wetsuit unless you want to look like...well, a dork.  

Clothes are to insulate and protect your body...a wetsuit does the exact same thing...except in water.  The reason you wear a wetsuit is for the exact same reason that you wear heavy clothes in winter.  To wear clothes over your wetsuit is simply wasteful.

if you were a tshirt, it is going to look really stupid on you, wetsuits are not suppose to look good on you they are used to keep the cold water out! everyone looks the same out in the water
