I have a wedding to go to in November. Its an evening wedding and I am going to meet a lot of my fiance's friends from college. I want to look hot. I mean I want his friends to say "d**n, you have a hot fiance." What should I wear? I was thinking about a simple black dress with black knee boots. Any suggestions?

  1. RED!!!! You will stand out and look HOT! For design, go with something that flatters your body!

  2. I think too many people wear "little black numbers" to wedding - you want to stand out! I think go for a s**y red dress - it will stand our and say look at me!!! if you do want to wear black make sure you have alittle sparkle on you ie diamante straps or something!

  3. that sounds hot...go for it:)

  4. Def go for the little black dress idea!

  5. Sounds good.

Have your hair done and nails and wear natural makeup. Remember the accessories can make an outfit. I always think a tan looks good if you are white skinned

  6. You could wear that but I find that a lot of people wear black to evening weddings, so if you want to stand out a little more to be noticed, I would pick a different color.

EDIT:  Please do not wear a red dress to a wedding.  The bride will likely not appreciate it and you want to stand out, but not be obnoxious.  Find a nice fall color like muted gold, plum, green or something more subtle but noticeable.

  7. No, honey.  A little black dress with boots is a bit much for a wedding, even an evening wedding.  November is such a great time to wear color.  I would find a simple dress, but maybe a bronze or golden color, even a deep crimson to match the season.  No boots, unless there is a lot of snow on the ground.  Some simple heels, not too high, and keep the make up very simple and understated.  Also, be careful with jewelry.  This needs to be simple as well.  Remember, you don't want to outshine the bride! Hint: find out what colors the bride will be using and choose a complimentary color.  This way, if you're in photos, you'll look beautifully matched to the rest of the party.  Good luck and I'm sure that all of your guy's friends will think you beautiful and the bride and groom will think you elegant and sophisticated.

  8. A black mini skirt & top with fox fur.

  9. Any of those dresses with boots will make you look stunning!

For the boots, how about these? In black leather:

[I love the cream ones too lol]

Or these? In black leather or suede:

Black suede boots for an evening 'do' will be sooo classy, but you might get more use out of the leather ones?

    Knock 'em dead!!!

  10. Evening weddings tend to be a little more formal.  Wear a cocktail dress in a color that looks amazing on you.  Being fall, natural colors are olive, rust, yellows, oranges--but with my skin tone those colors look terrible on me.

If you have a great body, velvets and satins drape close to the body to be super s**y but still look formal and classy.  It's a fine line to walk between the guys saying you look HOT and the women thinking that was completely inappropriate for a wedding.
