What to wear to a celebrity dress up party?

hey,

my friend is having a celebrity bash and we are all supposed to dress up as celebrities. i need to know what celebrity i can "be" for the night. I have a red dress already so i would love if you could use that in your answer! but i need an actress i can look like. i have brunette hair a little past my shoulders, brown eyes, and I'm pretty tall. make it good!

But no, I think you should dress like Emma Watson. She's a brunette and I'm pretty sure she'd look good in a red dress.

Also, I know Vanessa Hudgens has black hair, but if you can get yours curly and put on dark natural make up, that would look so cute.

Dress up as bald Brittney Spears. go to the Costume Store and buy a bald cap and put little dots on the bald cap with a sharpie [a brown one] for the grow-in hairs. Buy a scandelous but CUTE outfit for you so you can look cute and be funny at the same time :)
