As for clothes..I would suggest Hot Topic, or just wherever there is a clearance you can usually find something.

    H&M is reallly good too!

  2. I can help you with the hair part of it, even without seeing you, as long as you're willing to use a flat iron (it's not as hard as you might think). A universally flattering haircut you can try is collarbone length with subtle layers and wispy side-swept bangs. If you get the bangs fairly long, and iron it stick straight, it'll look somewhat emo-ish. You say you like big bangs, but don't get thick bangs cut straight across unless you're sure they'll look good on you. I have to warn you that they look terrible on most people. It's a bigger risk than you think. Anyway,  I can't tell you what hair cut would actually look best on you, but the hairstyle I just described is flattering on anyone. You might look stunning in waist length curls or short spiky hair, for all I know, but at least this hairstyle will not look crazy on you no matter what your face shape is. Don't make the mistake of getting a wild emo haircut that looks awesome on  a rockstar you like, but which might look psychotic on you. Especially not right before the first day of school. Just make sure you buy any flat iron that heats up to at least 400 degrees. It doesn't have to be a chi, because it's the temperature that's really important. If you do that, than you will not even have to style your hair with the blow dryer before hand. Just blow it out with your fingers until it's perfectly dry, put it up in 2 sloppy pony tails, and randomly pull down small pieces to flat iron. I have crazy, frizzy hair, and that always works for me, as long as I use an extremely hot iron. If you choose to go full-on emo with your hair you might regret it! :)
