I'm a sophomore in high school and i've never played soccer before.Conditioning starts in three weeks.and i was wondering what i should wear.and also what i should bring.If anyone could give me some soccer tips that would be very helpful :)

Wear running shoes, not cleats. At conditioning you will be running and excersizing. Not practicing soccer.
