  1. Golf is a sport that requires the body to be warm. If that hands are cold, you often feel a shock when hitting the ball. In my high school golf season, we regularly played in 30-40 degree weather, snowing, windy, raining, you name it and I played in it. I found the best thing to wear is a long-sleeved undershirt, like Under Armour or ones specifically made for golf. Unfortunately, those are kind of expensive so a regular tight fitting long sleeve shirt will work. Wear a couple layers of shirts and maybe a light jacket under your sweatshirt. Have gloves for the between-shot times, and a hat maybe. It always better to have too many clothes with you than not enough because freezing while playing golf is horrible! Good luck!

  2. go with something lightweight but also warm.

Something that does not limit your range of motion at all, or distract you in any way because even the slightest thing can mess up your swing.

Nike has a many options for cold weather.

Too many layers can be a nuisance, as can too few..find a happy medium

  3. Hit the driving range and build some heat by the time you hit the course you will be warm enough to wear a regular collar shirt.

  4. where long pants and coat

  5. Layers - long sleeve shirt under a long sleeve polo under a long sleeve jacket.  Wool sox.  Have hand warmers in the bag.  Stocking hat.  Winter golf gloves.

  6. Try to wear a sweatsuit, if you have to then wear jeans, shoes, a tshirt and a windshirt or jacket. I go golfing in shorts when its about 50 out, so jeans will be fine

  7. jeans will be fine with like a golf shirt and under armor beneath the shirt

  8. i put plastic bags on my feet

  9. go streaking in your boxers, chicks dig it and you'll impress the guys in the cold!

  10. I live in the UK and its always cold ....lol, so when i play golf to keep my hands warm i wear these gloves, there liek normal golf gloves but warmer and for 2 hands, before going out, eat! if you eat alot you are less likely to get colder because your body has more energy to use for keeping warm. Bring a hot drink, that helps. Wear extra clothing, mittens, you could use warmers but i think there s!@t. Wear extra clothes but ones that are a little bigger to allow you to swing easily, Walk Faster!

  11. I would wear a long sleeve shirt something loose but warm. I would then cover it with a wind breaker possibly with a fleece lining. I would use the wind breaker when not on the tee box or going to the ball where it lays in the field. This is a little cumbersome taking the jacket on and off. It will offer you consistency on your swing. I usually have a Hot pocket chemical heater in my golf bag during the winter. Use it to supplement your hand and body heat.

PS. use the hardest ball you can get a hold of as the temperature drops you will get more yardage.
