high shine neutral tan tights and then add a real cute bright coloured pair of heels or a cute pair of flats. I mean bright pink,purple, blue or a colour that stands out in complete contrast to the black and add accessories to match the shoes : ) will add that splash of colour to make u stand out but blend in. Dont wear black shoes!! black tights could possibly work but neutral would look so much better. have fun wearing it.

what about bright tights(pink, red, blue, yellow ,green etc.) withsome black ankle boots. If you wanted to be dresses a it more casual then just wear tights with ballet pumps or converse.

Depends.

If black suits you and you want a casual look go for black or coloured leggings and pumps which either match or contrast with the leggings.  Wear chunky jewellery.  If you want a smart look wear a belt and beads with pretty sandles.  If black looks harsh on your skin tone try wearing a red scart or something like that around your neckline and wear a coloured belt to break the black up.

Patterned shoes like stripes or paisley or floral with many colors would be great, as long as there is also black in them. Then wear accessories that are the same color as one or two of the colors in the shoes.
