What to wear with this skirt?

Question

I know it's a simple skirt, but most things I have don't match the way I want them to, it looks okay, but I want a top that looks awesome with it.

it depends on your style and personality. i would say any plain/very lightly patterned shirt. try to go for lighter colored shirts, or else it might make you look like you're going to  a funeral. it looks kinda rockerish, so if you want to go that way and make a statement, where pink or red with it(but not both at the same time)

A white tank top with black and white necklaces.

yo could wear it with any shades and tones such as white, gray and black. make sure though, that the shirt is not too busy since the skirt already has patterning. You could also put a navy blaser ontop of the shirt.

Uhh...try a white top with designs or something that are the same color as the skirt.
