  1. dress nice of course. also be prepared to ask and answer questions. get some questions for yourself too, remember they're not just interviewing you YOU and interviewing THEM. how is this place going to fit into your life? does it feel like you would get along with the management? how much do you expect them to pay you? ect...

also, they will ask you things, like why do you want to work here? what do you like about yourself? what do you think you could improve on? why should we hire you? ect... so think about these and get some answer.

show your personality and smile a lot. ppl like ppl who smile for some reason.

  2. If you want the job....you'd best attend......!

  3. The reason for second interviews is because you already have proven to have catering knowledge. (GOOD JOB!) In a second interview; they measure how well you fit with a restaurant enviroment (customer service, hectic times, PAY, etc) If you want the job, be "flexible", "productive". show a personality that accomodates to the environment of the restaurant.

  4. They have picked out the people they want to talk to again .  They should have told you if they want you to prepare food , its as likely that they want to discuss the job in more detail, see what else you can do in the kitchen other than pastry , and talk about pay. They may ask if you can handle specific recipes. Be honest but dont be too modest.  If theres something you havent done before just say so, but add that you dont see it as  a problem .

Some places will do a third call , and each call back may be to talk with a more senior person .

    Good luck

  5. Be excited to past the first round. I have no idea how restaurateurs do interviewing but I imagine you should be ready to show them what you can do.
