  1. you should work on your handles and your stamina it goes a long way if you can out last your opponent on the court trust me

  2. Ok, you should work on your 3 pt, passing and get stronger since those 3 areas are the weakest parts of your game. You're good to go if you mastered them. Keep working regularly on all aspects of your game.

    Good Luck!

  3. well, first off you gotta ask yourself what position you wanna be when you progress and especially if you plan on playing college ball... at five ten, you're definitely not gonna be a PF in college... i would say PG or SG... so i would majorly work on ball handling... get some videos from www.advancedbasketballtraining.com  idk what the official website is but that one will show you the videos and miscallenous things... also i would shoot ALOT of 3 pointers repetitively and just get good at shooting, ball handling, and driving & passing.. now if you dont plan on playin college ball and just want to focus on your high school career then if you're going to be a PF or SF i would greatly work on stamina, and running the floor... guards love a big man that can run... trust me ;) and i would also work on post moves... make sure you have a variety of moves so that you are not predictable... and be able to work on either side of the basket... last of all, please become GREAT at kickin the ball back out to your guards... an inside outside game is the best way to go if you plan on getting hot from long distance.. haha.. anyways... hopefully that answers your question and hopefully i helped somewhat... =/

  4. work on conditioning and strength..work on post moves and if ur gonna be a PF u dont really need to work on 3 pointers

  5. PF needs to have the low post controlled. You must be able to pick and roll, or pick and pop. In addition, be active as much as possible. Get some blocks and steals. A PF can also really stretch the defense. If you can pick up ur outside shooting, you can watch Rasheed WAllace and see how he plays.

If your going for PF, start with practicing a lot of fadeaways from the post and around the key. Watch highlights of rasheed Wallace for places to shoot from. Rasheed can really shoot, so pay attention to where he shoots from.

  6. You might not take this seriously but work on your left. Most people weak side is left, so people will try to force you left and if their righties its harder to guard someone going left so that would help. ALso, work on your jumps.

  7. You should work on driving with the ball which should help your dribbling skills and passing in a crowd of people. You should always work on your weak skills but don't forget about what your good at. If you become good at driving then you can use what your good at

(inside and mid range shooting). If you want to be good you need to get off the internet and practice. Asking questions on a website never got any ball player better. Even if you can't be at the gym you could be dribbling a ball or practicing your rotation. And it wouldn't hurt to crank out a few hundred push-ups and sit-ups. Thats how Lebron James got his strength.

Always remember, someone, somewhere else is working harder than you, and if you don't work hard, when you cross paths with that someone, they will take your opportunity; there is NO substitute for hard work.

  8. stamina and inside-midrange shots

  9. dribbling and stamina most def cuz you gotta be able to last in the game and its not always about shootin youll look good too if you can move the ball around and play well
