What to write in Cover Letter?

Im submitting my headshot and resume to agents and i was wondering who do i address the cover letter to if I dont know the agents name. Also what do you recommend I say in the cover letter

Address it to the agency. Don't restate anything that's in your resume; they already have that. It would be good to talk about what sort of roles you're hoping to find, and what sort of representation you're hoping the agency will be able to provide. Remember, the cover letter is part of what they look at to decide if you'll fit into their roster, so make sure it's presented professionally.
