heres an example of one like mine:

First Name.

crazy. random. loves friends. hannah montana. basketball. mall. summer. texting. myspace. all time low.

Last Name.

just enter more stuff in there, and you can change all of it if you want.

just put your real name in there, not "first name" & "last name"
