What to write on resume for tax preparer?

Ok it's was just a seasonal job and it was simple individual tax returns, I did a few amendments as well as some Tax ID's. how do you spice that up on a resume? I prepared the returns I was the only spanish speaking employee so I assisted those who spoke spanish. We followed up with previous clients and we helped current employees contact IRS or employers regarding issues.

Just describe what you did and the period of time that you did it.  Most people that would be taking that experience into account would understand that most tax preparation jobs are seasonal.  Emphasize the Spanish assistance as most service jobs are now interested in servicing that segment of their market.

Did you answer the phone? Handle customer complaints? Give good customer service? Train or assist other employees? Think about all of the aspects of the job you performed.
