  1. i use the gel pads. and if your not getting completely on the box of your pointe shoe stretching out the tops of your foot and getting a different pointe shoe could work. i use capezio and it works for me.

  2. it doesn't sound like that is a problem with feeling the floor more, and ouch pouches aren't the most padded toe pads out there.  i use the smaller ouch pouches that cover just my toes.  If you think that it is a problem with to much padding you could try lambs wool, like the bag of lambs wool or even tissues or paper towels, which is what i use occasionally.

If you have trouble rolling up onto point I would try some strengthening exercises for your metatarsal.

  3. Lambs wool works better than any other gel or soft pad that I have ever tried....

It molds to your foot and doesn't get sweaty either.

  4. I use lambs wool...the regular ones..not the ones with the gel. and i like them, and you can feel the floor.  toes. Though they arent the most comfortable, and sometimes i'll tape my toes.

  5. i like "Pillows For Pointes", the ones with the gel tips, the rest is lamb's wool

  6. get the pink gel ones
