the clone tool. try googling some tutorials.  you'll definitely be able to find one for changing eye color..

in photobucket above the picture you want to edit click 'edit' or 'edit image'

then when it loads click the tab 'Beautify'

after that click the square below it called 'Fix Blemishes'

then click where you want to get rid of acne :) done.

the acne, it depends how much or how deep it is...

you can use a brush [on a new layer] and mix it in with the skin tone

Changing Eye Color:

choose the circle selection tool

select both eyes by selecting one and then press shift and select the other

go to hue saturation, check the colorization box and just play around with it!!

no no no! u just use the smudge tool. it smudges the color and makes it smooth.... i do it too. for the eyes u use the circle color tool.. thingy.
