None.  The sodium lauryl sulfate in toothpastes is really bad for your mouth.  Also, most toothpaste is really abrasive and bad for your teeth and gums.  Ask your dentist, if she/he is good, she/he will advise you that you do not need toothpaste, it is a scam by big pharma because people equate a minty feeling in their mouths with clean teeth.  Brush your teeth with warm water, rinse with a fluoride treatment every few days, and floss regularly (at least once per day) and your mouth and gums will never feel better.
