hydrogen peroxide and baking soda works for me

crest whitening expressions works really good but make sure you get the gel in the little bottle and not the tube.. for some reason the gel makes your teeth a lot whiter faster

All fluoride toothpastes are the same for daily brushing.  Once or twice a week add some baking soda with your toothpaste to remove any stains, but don't scrub too hard or you'll damage your gums.
