It is 2 hours round trip and there are only so many songs and so many playlists. I get the news online. I was a liberal arts major (general studies) so I'm interested in almost anything. What things would be interesting or essential to know? It would have to be in book or audio format since I'll be driving. Thanks!

  1. Play music not audio books. The audios can distract your attention and you might have a wreck. These days we all need to give our driving 100% of our attention.

  2. How about choose the top non-fiction books from a list like the New York Times. That might weed out the ones that most people don't find interesting. It would allow you to converse on the hot topics. You would definitely learn a bit about everything.

  3. Get books on pacifism and Ghandi and Helen Keller and Martin Luther King, and righteous gentiles who saved Jews in the holocaust out of pure good nature and conscience, and then you'll become a more nonviolent person despite long traffic commutes which could make any person violent.
