Legos, Mobilos (they are another building toy that have wheels, and other neat things to promote creativity), crayons, markers, children's magazines, books, musical toys (the kind that they use without batteries), play kitchen, food, real pots and pans, puzzles, dress-up clothes, play-dough, other children, dinosaurs, cars, ponies, dollhouse, baby dolls, strollers.  I work at a center and we try to promote creativity and imagination. We like open-ended toys that do not have limitations on them. They have more than one function.  Also open-ended toys can be used for children who at different stages of development because they toys are not limiting in any way.

they love 2 draw, run play jump rope, finger paint , spiderman, and princesses. art. gluing cutting. coloring. anythin as long as u make it fun and interesting.

It would depend on the age of the preschooler and where they are developmentally. Not all preschoolers develop at the same rate nor are interested in the same toys. They do, however, respond to music; they love to play with cars and blocks, and they should be exposed to some manipulatives to develop eye-hand coordination. Coloring is also something they enjoy.

We've had to toss out tons of toys.

Anyway, they like Sesame Street, Dora the Explorer & Diego, Play kitchens, pretend work benches, Baby dolls, Cars, Barbie and Bratz, simple games like lucky ducks, candy land, shoots and ladders, ants in the pants, they love books with lots of colors and pictures too, etc etc.

Dress up clothes, pots and pans, blocks, playdough, cars, preschoolers love art, try paints.

They love Mr. Potato Head, anything that plays music, and building is always good. It helps with thought processes and gross and fine motor skills
