You need to take the RER Line A (Marne La Vallee Direction)

For that go to Chatelet Les Halles

Take the RER (the fast commuter line - you go into the Metro station and follow the RER signs)   You take Line D to Chatelet - Les Halles (next stop) then cross the platform and take line A to Marne la Vallée-Chessy.  The entrance to Disneyland is right outside the station.
