I have to go to Edge Nightclub in Boston tomorrow to pick up a prize I won, but I have never been there before and don't go into the city much either. I'll be taking a train from my hometown into the Garden and then from there is where I'm stuck. What line of the T do I take to get to Columbus Ave? Do I take the same to get back? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

  1. Take the Orange line from North Station going towards Forest Hills.  I believe you should get off at Backbay station...Columbus Ave runs parallel to the Orange line there.

  2. Just a little heads up about The Edge Nightclub.....

I too won some tickets, but found out before I went that it wasn't a place where I felt I would feel too terribly comfortable.  It is a nightclub with a g*y orientation----not sure you know or even care----but thought you might appreciate knowing.

To get there from North Station , take

    # Take Orange Forest Hills To Back Bay Station

    # Walk For 9 Mins. To 209 Columbus Ave, Boston, Ma

Exit the station on the Clarendon Street Side, turn right.  Columbus Ave is down about a block.

FYI:  Here is the website for The Edge:

  3. The Orange Line runs parallel to Columbus Avenue.  Call The Edge and find out which is the closest station.
